INTENDED USE

The Chematics ALCO-SCREEN 02^TM saliva alcohol test is intended for use as a rapid method to identify the presence of alcohol in saliva for concentrations (BAC) greater than 0.02%. The ALCO-SCREEN 02^TM requires no special training provided that instructions are followed carefully. For more detailed information, see our FAQ section.

If this device is used as a DOT Alcohol Screening Device (ASD), you must be trained as an STT to use this device!

NOTE: this test product does not provide the sputum cup (required by the FDA).
