Refund and Returns Policy

Transmetron Training

Class Cancellation, Refund Policy & Rescheduling Fees
Full Refund
  • A full refund will be issued for classes cancelled within 3 days after making payment (before receiving class materials).
Cancellation Fee
  • Classes cancelled after receiving materials (and/or being enrolled in online training) will be refunded in full, less a 15% cancellation fee.
  • If a class is cancelled after beginning the online course, you will not receive a refund for the “Online Training” portion of the class. You will receive a refund for the remainder of the class, less a 15% cancellation fee.
45 Day Limit
  • No refunds will be issued after 45 days of payment.
Rescheduling Fee
  • Webcam classes that require rescheduling will pay a $75 fee.
  • Students who do not have their webcam equipment (web cam & microphone) set up prior to the time of the class, must reschedule and pay the $75 rescheduling fee.
  • Students who cancel or arrive 15 minutes or more late for a scheduled class must reschedule and pay the rescheduling fee.
Class Completion
  • All classes must be completed within 120 days of payment.
  • A 30-day extension is available, and an Extension Fee will be required (25% of the original class price).
  • No extensions will be given after 120 days.
Substitutions / Course Transfer
  • A course may be transferred to another student at no charge if the previous student has not been enrolled in online training.
  • Courses with enrolled students who have not begun the online training may be transferred to another student with a $75 fee.

 
Product Return Policy

The following policy applies to physical product purchases only:

  • No returns accepted without pre-authorization.

  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.

  • No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase.
