Workplace Employee Drug and Alcohol Training
After developing a drug-free workplace policy statement, your organization should train those individuals in your workforce, your employees. Training employees is an integral part of every drug-free workplace program. All employees should be provided with basic information about your drug-free workplace program and their role in its implementation.
Our Employee Training consists of:
- Employee Awareness Training: provides employees with a basic understanding of the problems associated drug and alcohol use – and the impacts of that use on the workplace. Employees learn when to say “When” and why to say “No.”
- Drug Testing: Teaches employees about the drug testing process, from specimen collection thruogh the medical review of the results.
- Alcohol Testing: Trains employees about the alcohol testing process and the role of the substance abuse professional in counseling.
