Corporate Training (Signs and Symptoms for Supervisors)

How well do you feel your supervisors uphold and maintain your policies? Quality training for the people on the front lines is vital to properly executing your drug and alcohol testing policy. Supervisors who know how to recognize the specific, observable behaviors of an impaired employee are your first line of defense in creating and maintaining a drug- and alcohol-free workplace.

Our training covers topics such as:

  • Understanding the supervisor’s role in implementing a drug-free workplace policy
  • Recognizing behavior indicating impairment
  • How to approach an employee suspected of substance abuse
  • Commonly abused drugs and symptoms of their use
  • How to handle defensive employees or refusal to test
  • And much more!

We team with our clients to determine the best solutions for your needs.
